POSITION AVAILABLE:                       CUSTODIAL WORKER – Full-Time Nights

                                                               Position Closes 06/01/2026

 

LOCATION:                                           RENO COUNTY MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:                             Maintain Reno County facilities and insure that all areas are clean and a pleasant working condition is present.  Report any safety hazards that might be found. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:                                Requirements: General knowledge of basic cleaning and chemical usage and controls; knowledge in floor care (tile and carpeted); understand the uses and hazards of chemicals; cleaning and maintenance experience; ability to learn new skills and convey/receive detailed written and/or oral instructions; ability to exchange or express ideas by means of written and/or oral communication; high school diploma or G.E.D. preferred (minimum relevant experience of (1) year may be substituted); possess valid Kansas driver’s license; successfully pass drug screen, security check and physical capacity profile test.      

 

STATUS AND SALARY:                        FULL- TIME - 40 HOURS Weekly

                                                                2ND SHIFT \ 4:30 pm-12:30 am  

GRADE 17 (H) $9.22
