Job Description:

Starting Wage: RN$ 19.58 - excellent benefits (health insurance, paid time off, KPERS & more),37.5 hrs. per week,8:30-4:30pm, No weekends or Holidays

Position Responsibilities: Duties consist of assisting Coordinator in providing maternal and child health promotion and prevention to include home visits and teaching the Becoming a Mom curriculum, child/adult immunizations, communicable disease investigation and education, toenail trimming. 

Education/Experience Required: GED, Diploma, or equivalent, and a Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing are required. One year of maternity related experience is needed along with health promotion experience.  Excellent writing and oral communication skills are also required.

Special Requirements: Applicant must have and maintain both a current nursing license (licensed to practice in the State of Kansas) and driver’s license.
