The WSU Foundation works to assure a university of excellence by identifying donors cultivating and maintaining relationships, securing gifts, and managing resources to enable students and faculty to excel.

FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEE VACANCIES
Health Insurance (includes dental rider)
Single Plan Option - Employer pays 100% of premium.
Family Plan Option - Employer pays amount for single premium plus a portion of the additional cost for family premium.
Any employee who chooses not to participate in our group health plan will be compensated at a portion of the annual premium for a single policy.
Vacation Leave
Employee earns 8 hours per month.
Sick Leave
Sick leave is earned by each regular and probationary employee at the rate of one day (8 hours) per month.
Life Insurance
Employer pays premium for coverage equal to one and one-half times annual salary.
Disability Insurance
An employee qualifies for disability insurance after one year of employment. Employer pays 100% of cost.
Retirement Plan
Employees are eligible and required to participate after one year of employment. The employee contributes 5.5% of salary for tax sheltered plan. Employer matches contribution with 8.5%.
Voluntary Contribution Retirement
Employee may contribute a percentage of salary to a voluntary tax deferred plan.
