
KANSEL
APPLICATION AND TESTING REQUIREMENTS
Thank you for your interest in employment with KANSEL. By
submitting your application for any position with KANSEL, you understand and
agree to the following statements:
- You represent and warrant
that the content of your application is true, to the best of your
knowledge and belief; and that falsification, misrepresentation or
omission of information could be just cause for dismissal at any time.
- You understand that you may
be required to complete relevant employment testing, for the purpose of
determining your capability of performing the duties of the position.
- If you are selected for
employment with KANSEL, you agree to participate in the appropriate medical
and job related testing determined by the position. All testing will be paid for entirely by
KANSEL. Costs of transportation and time involved in completing any
testing are the responsibility of the applicant.
BENEFITS
KANSEL provides the following benefits for this position:
- Vacation Leave – Two weeks
of vacation leave per year (three weeks after five years)
- Sick Leave – One week of
sick leave per year.
- Holidays – Most major
holidays are paid.
- Personal Day- One personal
day per year.
- Medical Insurance - Health
insurance is provided and KANSEL pays for 50% of the cost of the
premium.
- Deferred Compensation -
Optional retirement savings program through a 403b contribution plan is
available. No employer match is provided.
