Job Title: Agriculture Power Instructor - August 2017

Pratt Community College’s Agriculture Power Program is strategically focused on enhancing and improving the quality of life within the region
We seek an innovative—mission driven—AG Power instructor who is experienced with all aspects of farm machinery repair including but not limited to tractors, combines, swathers, balers, spray rigs, and tillage equipment.
Teaching requirements include engine overhaul; repairing hydraulic & hydrostat systems & transmissions; HVAC systems operation; and basic service of multiline equipment. Course loads include lectures, laboratories, & internships related activities
Ideal candidates will be business savvy, have extended mechanical experience, proven leadership qualities, & the ability to foster new and sustain current industry partnerships. Applicants must have a minimum of 4000 hours of agriculture repair work experience and/or other closely related mechanical agricultural repair field.
