The City of Junction City announces the following job opening:
Part-Time Payroll Specialist: High School Diploma or GED required. 2-3 years administrative support experience required. Payroll experience a MUST. Salary Range - $10.00/hr to $15.00/hr with limited benefits. The position will work around 25 hours per week.
This part time position requires the following:
Must be able to type 35 WPM; must have excellent phone and customer service skills; must possess excellent attention to detail; Extensive knowledge of computer applications such as MS Suite. Ability to interpret and manipulate varied complex data and create reports. Ability to multi-task and prioritize are required. Must be self-motivated and be able to interact effectively with customers. Must be able to deal with highly confidential information and maintain integrity of that information; Must have a valid driver’s license, must pass an extensive background check.
