Usual working days/hours:

Mon- Fri 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM and some weekends

Location of work:

Sedgwick County Park


Job Objectives:
Maintain Sedgwick County Park

Essential Job Functions:

  • Will perform all phases of maintenance, including mowing, painting, cleaning buildings/restrooms, weed eating, etc.
  • Driving will be required for this position.

Job Standards:

  • Must be punctual.
  • Some heavy lifting will be part of the position

Testing/Screening Requested:


  • Mowers
  • String trimmers
  • Various hand tools
  • Various power tools

Work Environment:
utdoors in all weather conditions some exposure to cleaning chemicals, herbicides, dust, hot conditions
