To record submitted documents to ensure legislative and organizational requirements are met. To perform basic clerical work in fiscal and clerical positions.
Essential Job Functions:
Understand basic accounting functions, customer service both in person and over the phone, explicit attention to detail, ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral instructions, ability to follow complex oral and written instructions
Type 40wpm, data entry, demonstrate basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of business English, arithmetic, and modern office practices, procedures and methods.
Typing: 40 WPM
Data entry: 5000 KPH
10 Key: 5000 KPH
Basic skills in faxing, copiers, scanners, 10 key calculator, and web navigation
