PROCESS IMPROVEMENT DIRECTOR
Duties: Responsible for the organization’s operational performance management/continuous improvement function utilizing Lean and other related methods, which includes creation of program design, performance/process review, development of standards and practices, training and coaching, reporting and coordination/facilitation with other departments.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field with formal training in Lean methods; strong, applied knowledge of Lean methods & processes, with a Lean Certification or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience: Six years of experience in a mid-sized to large organizational setting, including “hands-on” experience with application of Lean tools; three years of lead process improvement & project management experience; supervisory experience preferred; strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Requirements: Must live within the corporate limits of the city; must possess valid Kansas driver’s license.
Pay: $66,022-105,403/yr. EO
