As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Provide administrative support for the department, and serve as the front-line resource for visitors, phone calls, and emails
  • Manage the departmental filing systems
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, course materials, and calendar appointments in support of the department

The Administrative Assistant position:

  • Is based in Emporia, KS
  • Earns $12.60 per hour
  • Is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
    • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Two years of experience in an office or administrative support position
    • Education may substitute for experience as determined relevant by ESU
