Job Title: Technical Support Analyst
Salary: $21.57 Hourly
Position Responsibilities: Responsible for helpdesk services for the Pottawatomie County network of users. Configures, installs and repairs computer systems and peripherals. The work involves focused knowledge of computers, networking and server operations. Provides troubleshooting and repair for user hardware and software issues; configures new devices; provides technical advice, proposals ordering, configuration, and transition to county offices for hardware or software acquisitions and installations. Position acts as point of contact for client installation and technical support of new network software. Installation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of backup software, licensing, and services for devices on LAN.
Education/Experience Required: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Information Science and one year relevant experience; or an Associate’s Degree and two years’ relevant experience is preferred. A combination of experience and education may be considered.
Special Requirements: Position requires strong business ethic, including reliable discretion in duties and service.
