Job Title: Facilities Management Director
The Harper County Board of Commissioners is accepting applications for a full time Facilities Management Director.
This position is responsible for the custodial maintenance of all county buildings, including the structural and cosmetic upkeep of the buildings, operation and maintenance of the mechanical systems including heating and cooling air-handling systems, electrical power, water supply, sewage disposal systems, physical security, and grounds.
Successful candidates will display integrity and a strong work ethic. Close attention to detail is required, and the employee must be internally motivated. This position has immediate oversight of one or more employees and must have management/supervisory experience.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent (a technical certificate or associates degree in a related field preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen required.
