Salary: $14.60 Hourly

Job Description:

FIELD APPRAISER                             Minimum Starting Rate: $14.60/hour, actual pay DOQ

Full-time w/excellent benefits (health insurance, paid time off, KPERS & more)

Position Responsibilities: Gathers and analyzes information regarding county real estate and personal property; assists with general office duties as necessary.

Education/Experience: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Proficient in use of desktop computer and data entry processes. Chosen employee is required to attend education courses on property valuation, data collection or other courses as assigned.  To maintain this position, the employee must be able to pass required courses as specified in the job description (available upon request). 

Special Requirement:  Must have and maintain a clean driving record.
