    • Medical Option 1 $1,500/$3,000 Deductible - Average of 70% of Premium Paid by Employer
    • Medical Option 2 $2,500/$5,000 Deductible - Average of 75% of Premium Paid by Employer
    • Medical Option 3 $3,500/$7,000 Deductible - Average of 83% of Premium Paid by Employer
    • Dental Option CORE - Average of 80% of Premium Paid by Employer
