FOR EXEMPT EMPLOYEE VACANCIES
Health Insurance (includes dental rider)
Single Plan Option - Employer pays 100% of premium.
Family Plan Option - Employer pays amount for single premium plus 40% for dependents.
Any employee who chooses not to participate in our group health plan will be compensated at a portion of the annual premium for a single policy.
Employees under 3 years earn 4.92 hours per paycheck.
Sick leave is earned by each regular and probationary employee at the rate of 3.7 per paycheck.
Employer pays premium for coverage equal to one and one-half times annual salary.
An employee qualifies for disability insurance after one year of employment. Employer pays 100% of cost.
Employees are eligible and required to participate after one year of employment. The employee contributes 5.5% of salary for tax sheltered plan. Employer matches contribution with 8.5%.
Voluntary Contribution Retirement
Employee may contribute a percentage of salary to a voluntary tax deferred plan.
